About Miami Sports Wire
Miami Sports Wire is part of the Sports Wire Network — a family of regional sites built around a simple idea: fans deserve fast, honest answers about their teams — with no gambling angle attached.
The network is independently built and run by a lifelong sports fan — not a media conglomerate, not a content farm. It started as one site for one region and grew because the same questions kept needing the same clean answers: Is there a game tonight? Did they win? Where can I watch? When's the bye week?
What we do
Two things. First, our utility pages — schedules, standings, game-night and last-game pages, watch guides — are generated from official league data and refreshed continuously, so the answer you get is the answer that's true right now, with a timestamp to prove it. Second, our news pages aggregate headlines from hundreds of trusted local and national sources, always linking out to the original reporting. We point you to the journalists doing the work; we don't pretend to be them.
What we promise
No gambling. Ever. No betting odds, no picks, no sportsbook promotions, and no sportsbook affiliate deals — on any site in the network. Clear labels on anything that earns us a commission (see our affiliate disclosure). And the full version of how we operate is in our editorial policy.
